WHO IS CES?
CES provides food safety and quality related services to food and beverage manufacturers, retailers, restaurants and caterers in terms of on-site consulting, auditing and training.
CES is currently serving clients not only in South Africa, but also in the Middle East and Africa.
General on-site services include:
- Food Safety Management Systems Implemetation, eg: HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC
- HACCP or Food Safety related training and coaching
- Food Safety auditing and GAP analysis activities and training
- Risk assessment and process development through the identification of operational areas of concern, and the implementation of controls associated with agri-food safety and quality
- Specialized Training (SAQA Registered)
- Visual Training Material Creation
